Get an Amex IT branded credit card or the Amex Plat credit card.

Both give you Kingisher Gold for the entire duration that you hold the credit card.

IIRC, the fees vary from 5k INR a year to 50k INR lifetime.

thanks everyone. surprised to hear though that AMEX would just give Kingfisher Gold. Looked it up, but unfortunately the card is only available to people in select cities in India (I live in the USA) :/

Tried emailing kingfisher, but no response yet. will let you know if I get one.

i fly a lot within india, but not enough for elite status with Kingfisher.
