Just thought I'd let anyone travelling to the Gold Coast, Queensland Australia know that there's a fantastic new tour you can do. We went kayaking (not too much hard work either) on the beautiful Gold Coast water with a tour operator called Balunjali Cultural Kayaking Tours (www.balunjali.com.au). We loved the snorkeling, aboriginal culture and wildlife - dolphins, fish, birds etc. Would highly recommend it. Took our kids (8 and 10 yrs) and they loved it too. Was a diverse group (but small enough - about 14 people the day we went). Quite a few internationals and locals alike. I believe they go out each day (takes about 5 hours) and they pick u up from your hotel. Costs about $89 Aussie and you have a really nice morning tea included. Good value for money I think.
