CNN just confirmed to being releases the hostage off the planes in MEX. They want to negotiate with Mexican president. Hopefully all passengers & families will be prayers. The flight#576 were on their way from CUN-MEX.

Just heard that hijackers are suspected to be 4 or 5 Bolivians. All pax are off the plane but the pilots and crew are still being held.

Thanks goodness all passengers & the crew came out are doing quite very well. Anyone nobody to get being killed during hijacker situation. I'm glad came out are doing very well and what about 4 Bolivians are being arrested? Mexican authorities will put 4 Bolivians into the custody until the further notice.

Media reports-- in both English and Spanish-- have stated that now only one Bolivian man is still under arrest and that he wanted to warn Felipe Calderon, the Mexican President, that something bad was going to happen because today's date is 9/9/09 or 666 upside down. It sounds like that this guy is loco and needs some special help.
I am glad to hear that all turned out well for all involved because Mexico has already had a terrible year due to the drug violence and swine flu outbreak. The last thing they need down there is a hijacking. Let's hope that Mexico's luck will take a turn for the better from now on.

On a more serious note, I fly very often AM 576 so this story hit very close to home. Thankfully, everything turned out fine.

I agree. I think they are doing great job for trying to being caught the criminal onboard the commercial airplanes. Federal Mexican Police are already put the man into the custody to get served the justice is done. He will being banned for flying on the commercial airplanes for his miserable life. Luckily that he didn't get being killed onboard the aircraft. It could be very serious security will need to get more tighter for every Mexican Airports. I think FAM need to put on the commercial planes.
