Air New Zealand Air Points - Itinerary not showing in myairnz

I am flying AKL-SYD with Air NZ then SYD-NRT (via BKK) with Thai (retrun) in October. It was booked using UA Mileage Plus miles.

The UA 'agent' wasn't particulalrly helpful when I was arranging :rolleyes: so didn't give them my Airpoints number

I can see the itinerary on united.com and have loaded my UA number, but it only allows me to enter a MP number and nothing else.

Went to try and load into myairnz, but Air NZ doesn't recognise the confirmation number.

Is there any way I can get my Airpoints number loaded against this itinerary, and have it show up in myairnz, or will I just have to show my AP card at checkin?:confused:

Just call NZ and get the NZ booking reference ending with an H. I understand apart from your ticket reference number each airline has it's own reference as well. So NZ would know what that number was.

Yup - you have the United PNR but need the NZ one to use the NZ website. NZ ones always end in H.
