Other Car Rental Programs/Partners (ie. Alamo, Enterprise, Sixt) - Long term Rental in San Jose / Bay Area

I'm looking for long term rental in San Jose / Bay Area. Considering the Tech Crowd and people working on month long assignments, I expect some one other than Rental Companies providing long term rental. Any pointers would be helpful.
