Peru - Islas Ballestas, Peru

I'm planning a trip to Peru in November (got a good deal on plane tickets). One place I am particularly eager to go to is Islas Ballestas to see the Humboldt penguin colony. I understand there are several tours available from either Pisco or Nazca. Can somebody recommend a reliable English-speaking option? (My Spanish is up to dealing with hotels and restaurants and bus service, but not much mroe).

Tips re: the Nazca lines would also be appreciated.
