Hilton HHonors - Any News on Conrad Bimini? (Bahamas)

Anyone know any updated info on the construction/progress on the Conrad Bimini's opening in 2010? Is it still scheduled for an opening in '10 or are there problems/issues? Seems like a long time coming....I found some not-so-recent links in web searches about environmental challenges a few years ago.

But since this is a Hilton family property, you need to add at least one year to the scheduled opening date....

So true, Expert. But this one is running even longer than the usual slow roll. Maybe it's iced.

Too bad - I was hoping for another Caribbean choice in the same league as the Hilton Cancun Resort, which I very much like. I've read great things about the Cabo property but that's a much longer flight for us. A Conrad in the Caribbean made a lot of sense.
