Dollar - Redeeming Awards in Europe

After skimming several posts (and the Dollar T&Cs), I realize that redeeming Dollar awards in Europe does not happen. I rent often (3-40 times a year) and am planning a trip to Italy next spring. Does anyone have suggestions as to which rental company awards program is best suited for European redemptions?

As a us based member, I am not aware of any good programs for redemption abroad.
