I just wandered down to the Air NZ travelcentre on Haymarket only to find that it closed around 3 weeks ago (according to the guy on the front desk). I'd wanted to make a change to the return half of a booking I have and far far prefer dealing with someone face to face than call centres. Shame for me :(
Anyway, it's a permanent closure. Despite finding no recent mention of the travelcentre at all on here, I thought I'd post details in case any other (permanent or visiting) UK FTers find it useful. They are handing out business cards to callers (in fact they have a stack of them on the desk) which say this:

1. Phone us anytime for real Kiwi service 0800 028 4149

3. Email or phone our Travelcentre staff Erik Lund of Michaela Kinghorn who have moved to our London regional office
