Virgin flying club - credit for frequent miles with differently spelled names

I apologize if this has been answered before, and also for posting on this particular forum, as I couldn't find a general mileage-question forum.
I travel on 2 different passports. Usually it's not problem for mileage credit, as most of the (long) flights are on one passport. However, I will need to use my Greek/EU passport for future travel to and from Europe, and it has my name romanized/latinized (according to newish US rules for terrorism) in such a way that it looks different than on my US passport (at least it looks somewhat ok, but just talk to thousands of Greeks who've had their perfectly logical names anglicized in a ridiculously nonsensical way, and I'm sure this happens in most countries where English is not the primary written language!). What are the chances of me getting credit on my mileage program(s) if booking with the other passport? And in general of keeping ONE account with 2 slightly differently spelled names?
thanks.

I would send an email to Flying Club and give them all the passport details. As you said, it is quite common, collecting miles shouldn't be that difficult.
