Friday's locations to the first 500,000 eligible participants who provide their information to T.G.I. Friday's through the "Woody's Burger Bet" application at http://www.facebook.com/fanwoody in the manner set forth below for participation in the Promotion. The Promotion begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") on 8/26/09 and ends at 11:59 PM ET on 9/30/09, or when the supply of coupons to be issued in this Promotion exhausts, whichever occurs first ("Promotion Period"). The Promotion is subject in all respects to the complete Terms and Conditions set forth herein.
ELIGIBILITY: Promotion is offered and open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia age twenty-one (21) or older at time of entry. Coupon value is up to a $9.49 value, depending on prices which vary by location and selection. Valid at participating T.G.I. Friday's locations in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia only. Dine-in only. Not valid in conjunction with any offer, discount, coupon or promotion. Tax and gratuity not included. Subject to terms and conditions printed on the coupon. Coupon must be accepted as distributed. Coupons are non-transferable, non-negotiable and not redeemable for cash or credit. No coupon substitutions except by Sponsor. Coupon recipient is solely and fully responsible for any and all costs, fees, taxes and expenses associated with Promotion participation and coupon redemption, receipt and use. Acceptance and use of coupons are subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.
VERIFICATION: All coupons are subject to verification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Coupons that are stolen, counterfeit, fraudulent, tampered with, defective, illegible, reproduced, mutilated, altered or otherwise irregular in any way are not eligible. ERRORS AND TAMPERING. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY.
