Virgin flying club - Should my booking confirmation have arrived yet?

I booked a trip to the USA for May 2010 last weekend (6 days ago) and have not yet had my booking confirmation via email. The lady at Flying Club said I should get it via email to the same address they use for sending my the FC newsletter.
Should I have got it by now?

Yep it should be very quick. You can get it resent if you go into the 'manage my booking' section of the VS website.
Virgin are aware of a problem sending confirmations to certain email domains ( ironically including virgin.net ) so it may be worth a phone call, if the resend doesn't work.

From personal experience, if you've booked a mileage redemption ticket, it can take much longer than normal tickets purchased online.

Tahnks for the tips, I've now managed to send my booking confirmation through the "my account" part of the webpage.
