Notice the link to "Reserve Tickets Online for shows after Nov 1".
Instead of going to the ticketing system they used to have, it's going to a customized Ticketmaster page.
Most of the process is the same (pick # of seats, pick best available or the section you want to sit in). But after that, you can also choose from 4 different seat locations.
The process is still not very user friendly, but it's a step in the right direction.
Hopefully they will integrate this directly with the seating chart and show you all available seats.
And I hope Ticketmaster or someone else rolls out an update like this for other events. The "best available" seat isn't always picking what I would consider the best seat.
