Porter Airlines has been evicted from the building near Union Station where it ran its popular shuttle service to a ferry dock serving Toronto Island, due to non-payment of five months' worth of back rent.

The landlord, Northam Realty Advisors Ltd., said it has terminated Porter's tenancy, in a notice posted on the doorway of the building located at 20 York St., adjoined to Union Station to the west by an elevated walkway. Northam says it is owed $9,453.57 in rent, dating back to May 1....

looks like they were evicted from a place they haven't used in months in a dispute because said place could not be reached, doesn't seem to be a big deal.
