I am looking to find out what ticket category is needed to upgrade to business class on swiss air - i am new to the site so sorry for question that has probably already been answered!

A booking class like V or higher, basically excluding S and W fares.

It might help if you gave us a little more information, e.g. where you are based and which route you'll be flying. Swiss's US website mentions "Swiss Business upgrade" under "Offers" but if you click the link you are asked for a username and password! :confused:
