Diners Club Club Rewards - Taipei lounge?

I remember using my DC to access the lounge in Taipei back in 2001. Looking at the DC site now it looks like you can only get access with an EVA boarding pass. :td:

Are there other (paid) lounges in TPE? Arriving ~7AM on MH and leaving at 11AM on Philippine Airlines.

so you cant access it if youre not travelling Eva Air? Im travelling on Cebu Pacific in 2 weeks time, I'll try to access if I can get in..
