AirTran Airways A+ Rewards - New Air Tran's new/revised routes subject to govt. approval???

I was just checking to see if the fares have gone down for a January flight I booked from Ind to LGA. When booking last week, the Air Tran website showed the flights as they normally do without any notes, etc. After looking at the website today, for the non-stop flights to/from Ind-LGA (not sure about other routes) there is a little notation saying subject to govt. approval. I wonder if there are some issues behind the scenes on the updated/revised routes that was scheduled to begin in a few months.

Perhaps it's related to AirTran's slot swap with Continental?

I did a search on this on flyertalk after my post and saw something similar at the end of last year when Delta was adding new service. I guess its just a formality, although you would think the Air Tran website would have noted subject to govt. approval as soon as they listed the flights for sale, as opposed to a few weeks after.

See the discussions already existing the thread last week. Here it is:

Next time if you reading the original thread are already existing.

with all due respect NH30MH, that link had nothing to do with my post. I was commenting on an additional new note when booking flights that was not there a few weeks ago. The link you provided was just summarizing new Air Tran routes (although it did have a notation about subject to govt. approval).
