Religious Travelers - Kosher food on EVA Air

Hi,
Anyone knows what Kosher food EVA serves out of EWR in Economy and Business class?

I'm pretty sure that they serve Hermolis in Business. I'm not sure about Economy though

I knew they give Hermulis from Europe and Asia, but I wasn't sure wht they serve from The US to Taipei.
I have a planned trip coming up next week on Business class and there was no where to find out.

My understanding is, Hermo kitchen is in UK, so I don't expect Hermo meals on EVA which doesn't have London route. I'd assume its one of US kosher caterer with EWR/JFK facility, or even worse the dreaded green box where modified food starch in metal package rules.

I've been served the Green Box many times even on J-class flying Asian carriers. Be prepared for the worst, at least you won't be dissapointed that way...

Weiss (or other US caterers) out of the US and Hermolis out of Asia.
