JetBlue TrueBlue - Any idea where the NY Times content on JetBlue comes from / can be found?

OK, kind of random, but on my Jetblue flight yesterday the default channel, which seems to be some sort of NY Times co-branded content, featured a cooking program with a recipe that I'm interested in trying. If you're curious, it involved steaming a fish steak, maybe swordfish, in a bowl with some white wine and soy sauce and sliced tomatoes. I picked up enough of it to make a go of it but would love to find the recipe or content online somewhere to get it right. It looked terrific, and the chef improvised a steamer out of a salad bowl balanced on a ramekin in a pan of boiling water.

My google searches (http://www.google.com/#q=fish+ramekin+%22white+wine%22+%22soy+sauce%22+b owl+[steamed+OR+steam]+[tomatoes+OR+tomato]+-flour+-%22tomato+sauce%22+-%22food+processor%22&hl=en&safe=off&sa=2&fp=9733483af0cc9d26) on the relevant terms haven't gotten me there yet . . . anyone know more about the programming?

Thanks!

Rather than searching for the recipe I searched for the NY Time OnAir channel with jetBlue. I found it. :p

In the recipes section (http://www.nytimes.whsites.net/timesonair/select_cat5.php) I don't see the particular one you're describing but they may be a month or two behind; the front page still mentions June's segments.
