Australia, New Zealand & the South Pacific - Amway Australia IBO Hertz CDP in New Zealand

Has anyone here used the Hertz CDPs for Amway IBOs and Friends & Family (http://www.amway.com.au/a2kWeb/v/index.jsp?vgnextoid=1e77bf626f824110VgnVCM1000003b 03ba0aRCRD&vgnextchannel=0f910d4081574010VgnVCM1000003b03ba0a RCRD&vgnextfmt=partnerStore). I'm planning on doing a rental or two in NZ around Christmas time, and this CDP cuts the rate in half and has no real restrictions...

Unfortunately, I'm not in Amway and don't really know anyone who is. Is anyone here willing to complete the Authorisation Form for this CDP for me? PM me if so...

I noticed this too, but don't see any authorisation form. Where is it?

Can you also 'do me' an authorisation, if you don't mind?

Note that the offer to F&F could be different from this offer to IBOs (whatever IBO is).
I'd be shocked if anyone reading FT could help directly, but some may know someone willing to get more names onto their list of potential 'networks'.
