Hi all!!!
Been lurking around here reading everything I can find and I think my head is going to explode.:D
I'm traveling to PDX - will be there from 10/3 and leaving on 10/10. I'm looking for the best deal for a standard to full size SUV. I haven't booked my hotel (Staybridge) yet as I'm trying to find the best price for that (and decide if I'm better off booking hotel/car package or separately.)
The best price I've found so far is one of 2 options:
Alamo has a full size suv for $295.xx using the pay with visa promo codes.
I can also book my hotel and a standard size suv for $859 (after $100 off coupon) on Orbitz.
Car company doesn't really matter (I've been checking the rates on all of them via their websites (with all the different codes I can find) plus all of the travel sites.
Thought maybe there is something I'm missing and expert travelers could give me some advice.
