I stayed at the Chateau Lake Louise on Aug 16, and I was recorded as a no show when I went to check out for some reason. I submitted a stay correction request through my FPC profile on Aug 23 and I've not heard anything from Fairmont since.
What's a typical response time for them to respond with a correction? I did book it through the NFAF rate if that makes a difference.
