I called Customer Service last evening with a question about my account, and the CSR helpfully volunteered to sign me up while I was on the line. I hadn't even asked about the promotion, but she told me about it and asked if she could put me in for it.

Good job! ^They seem to do this pretty consistently now.

However, I don't think they look to see if you've already registered for a promotion before telling you about it.

I traveled 10/17-10/18. Base points posted 10/22. Bonus points posted 10/23. Well done AGR...it took weeks last time ^
