Swiss International Airlines - Wrong sex on E-ticket

Just booked tickets for my wife and myself.

Unfortunately I must have used to wrong "sex" for my wife - she is now called Mr XXX XXX on the e-ticket.

I will be travelling ZRH-BRU-ZRH on Swiss. Do you think she will experience any issues - is it worth bothering to phone Swiss?

Does anyone have experience with this kind of situation.

As both Switzerland and Belgium are in Schengen, there won't be any (bigger) security checks, so that should be fine. Check-In at the desk might be necessary, as the automatic read out from the passport will probably not work. If you're in a hurry at the airport, it might be better to check with Swiss beforehand, also, if your wife has a M&M account, it will make things easier if all informations are correct. But I doubt it's going to hold you away from taking the flight if you aren't calling them in advance. I've had my name spelled wrong on several occasions (including both first and lastname in one case) and it still worked out...

Use OLCI (available 23 hours prior to departure), so no passport read out will be required!
