Hi,
Visiting Miami for first time although been to Florida (Tampa) frequently.
If we pre book with one of the usual suspects, Alamo, Dollar,Budget, it appears that they all have desks in the airport terminal as well as off site where you actually collect the car via a shuttle bus.
Does this mean that you can get all the paperwork and the keys to a car by checking in at the terminal or do you have to check in at the office off site where the cars are kept?
Obviously want to avoid delays and not sure what the procedure is.
Any advice?
