AirTran Airways A+ Rewards - Airtran change of itinerary policy?

Hi everyone,
I thought I remembered airtran having a policy that stated if there was a flight itinerary change made by them (flight moved earlier or later) you could change your flight free of charge......even if the time change was only 1 or 2 minutes.
Does anyone else know if this policy is still in place?

Great - I'll look for it over there. Sorry for the confusion.

Still appears to be the policy, based on my experience. Typically, I get an e-mail saying the schedule has changed. You can accept the new schedule online, or you can call an agent to have other arrangements made, or to even cancel the trip!

So, in your understanding, this is true even if the flight was changed from, for example, 7:34 to 7:35?
Our work schedules have changed (beyond our control) since we booked, and we were needing to grab a flight 6 hours earlier. However - I'd rather avoid the $75 change fee - per leg.
The original flight time changed by a minute or two - so I figured this could be a good way of changing our flight without paying a penalty.

I have received schedule change notifications for itineraries that changed by only a few minutes, however I have always just accepted those. I have never tried to change flights as a result.
I would just call and see what they say. Let us know the outcome.

it doesn't hurt to call. I have called and reguested my schedules changed a few times and even had the airport changed. However, in May, I was not able to have the schedule adjusted when Airtran changed my schedule for 3 minutes. The agent asked me a few times whether it would cause me any problems for 3 MINUTES changes. I said yes, but couldn't think of a good reason.
I didn't accept the change though (don't think it is relevant), and when Airtran changed the schedule for 11 minutes, I called and was successful in changing to the schedule I want.
However, I suspect it may depend on the agent.
