All Nippon Airways Mileage Club - checking award tool

sometimes when I check it just comes out with triangles on everything (and a few x's here and there). Does this mean they're doing maintanence or there's a temporary glitch?

Just curious, as a UA M+ how do you access the ANA tool? Do you need to join ANA's fqt flyer program?
