JAL Mileage Bank - Premium Economy for NRT-SIN and CGK-NRT?

I am taking JL 711 on 8/31 NRT-SIN and JL 726 on 9/3 CGK-NRT

Does anyone know if Premium Economy seats are offered on those flights? I looked at JAL's site but could not really find it. Used the seat reservation tool and it seemed to insinuate that both were configured as premium economy based on the seat selector tool, but was not 100% sure. It did let me select a seat that would be considered in the PE section though if it was indeed PE...

PY are only offered on selected US and European routes. But JAL does use long-haul config on other routes.

Both flights have W51 (http://www.jal.co.jp/aircraft/conf/777er.html) config, i.e. 17-21 are indeed PY seats.

Fantastic! I really don't care about the additional perks that come with PY, just wanted the seats themselves! Any extra space would be very welcome on those 7 - 8 hr flights.
