For Philly, there's Harrah's Chester and another racino in the area, not sure if it's completely accessible by rail.

Don't forget the racino in Yonkers.

I think you've hit them all until they install slots at Laurel and Pimlico.

If you are venturing to the Midwest, there is an Amtrak station very close to the Horseshoe Casino in Hammond, Indiana. Also, 2-3 of the Chicago-area casinos can be reached via commuter train (downtown Joliet, Aurora, and Elgin).

If you really want to try the obscure connecting options, there is an Indian casino in Grande Ronde, OR that can be reached via a public transit bus from Salem, OR. The Amtrak station in Salem is within walking distance of the transit bus terminal.

Not much of a Casino fan myself, but you could take a thruway bus to Vegas.
Don't know about Laughlin.
Some of the SoCal casinos might be doable.
Morongo is not too far from the slab that is the Palm Springs station.
I think there is a casino pretty close to San Berdo.

Reno is probably pretty easy also.
