Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles - Transfer service in IST for J/F LHR-IST 77w flyers

I've saw something mentioned about a courtesy car/transfer from the IST airport if you are in F (maybe J). I currently will be flying the 77W from LHR to IST and then going to the cruise port for a cruise. I am booked in J on an award ticket (might get F if a seat opens). Can i get a free transfer car or get TK to arrange it?
