Alitalia MilleMiglia - Arrival Lounge option at FCO?

Flying Magnifica from EWR - FCO in October, with a transfer to an Alitalia domestic flight to VCE in coach. Does AZ offer an arrival lounge option we can utilize for the connection period?

why would you want an arrival lounge? You need a departure lounge!

Not sure there's a shower facility at Terminal A (domestic flights) lounge. Maybe the Freccia alata but it is landside by the check in area. For sure there's one at Terminal B lounge but it is so filthy, you have no idea!:eek:
