I am with my family of four in Bali. I try to checkin by internet (this is 35 hours before departure). As MP the booking shows and it tells me to checkin online (bottom right of flight info). But when I click online it says that it cannot find my booking. Even when I enter ticket number, it dos not recognize it. How can I do it. They switch a 74A for a 77A intially planned. Is that a reason and should I wait till airport? No fun with a big family trying to sit together (the old 77A seats are bad and apart on 74A). Cannot reach CX.
