Swiss International Airlines - swiss.com not working? 25 Aug

I haven't been able to get any browser to access Manage Bookings or My Profile. It acts like those pages just don't exist. Problems at swiss.com today?

OLCI has apparently been closed ex-JFK the last few days as well. The IT at Swiss is pathetic and worse than any other major carrier I have flown on in the last five years! (Although I did notice that they FINALLY added the booking code (as opposed to the e-ticket number) to OLCI -- a major innovation (that other airlines have been able to do for about ten years)!)

OLCI seems borked this morning as well as I'm trying to check in for my BHX-ZRH-VIE tomorrow.

Trying to enter swiss.com in IE or FF I keep getting:

Server Error in '/' Application.
Runtime Error

I can only open swiss.com in google chrome (US page) then go to the Belgium / Luxembourg page, copy this url into FF or IE it does seem to work until I try to search for flights / make a reservation. It keeps "searching" for flights without ever returning any results. Quite frustrating ! :mad:

After managing to open the contacts page , writing down my complaint and hitting the send button, what do I get? ....

Again? Aargh

Anyone else experiencing the same problems or is it just me?
