Other European Frequent Flyer Programs - Icelandair Fare Fluctuations

I've been monitoring a particular JFK-KEF fare and it $400 was early last week, then went up to $450, and then came down to $400 this weekend, and now seems to be $450 again this hour. Anyone know what gives?
