Fairmont President's Club - When does Premier level become effective?

My 5th stay shows up in my stay history but nowhere does it show that I'm now a Premier. Is it shown in My Profile? How long does it take to show up? Sent Fairmont an e-mail a week ago but have not heard back.

Give it a few weeks for the system to update and a new kit to be generated for you. you will enjoy the premier status for the remainder of 2009 and for 2010. Plus its only August so go for Platinum!

Thanks for the heads up. I wish Fairmont would invest more money in their website.

Quick question related to the above: I just became Platinum a month ago. So, this gives me status for 2009 and 2010? If so, does that also mean that, similar to AC, that I get a full set of upgrade certs for both 2009 and 2010? If so, when do the packages get sent out in 2010? Thanks!

Give them a call and it will be immediate.

You will get two sets of certs, ones good until Feb 28, 1010 the others valid till 2011. The 2nd set of certs will arrive in February 2010 from what I recall.

If you call them you should get a package sent to you soon, about 10 days or earlier for Platinum.

It just updated today, a week after my 6th stay was posted. Either it takes a week, or someone read my e-mail
