Asiana Club - Does the 50% off redemption voucher work on *A awards?

I am trying to make OZ Diamond for *G,
as I read through diamond benefits listed on their website
it mentions that diamonds get one 50% off redemption voucher.
I'm wondering whether this voucher works on *A award tickets?
Or does it only work for redeeming OZ tickets?

Also, is it easy to book *A award tickets with OZ miles?

Hmm. I just found something funny. In Korean website, it says one coupon of "50% off when redeem for UPGRADE or 10,000 miles off for bonus ticket", but in English website, it is just 50% off for any cases. You may want to print/capture the screen before they fix it. I.e. I don't know if it mentions *A or Asiana only award.

By the way, award availability always follow ANA tool. There's no twist. So it's easy to book.

Hummm, if it's 50% off for seat upgrade then it really sucks...
Upgradeable fares cost 40% more than non-upgradeable fares on my route (TPE-ICN-SFO).

As you can tell my the responses, hardly anyone here has ever used those vouchers even our Diamond+ haven't. So this tells you something about how useful they really are.

Based on the terms and conditions printed on the voucher which I have received, it read as follows:

* Receive a discount of 50% off when redeeming Asiana Club miles for upgrade on flights of Asiana Airlines for one time reservation of one-way or roundtrip.

* Valid for one-way or roundtrip upgrade including flights via Seoul or different destination

* Valid for seat upgrade only and cannot be used for other mileage deduction program

* Coupon is non-transferable
