I have yet to fly my first Airtran flight but my company is switching to Airtran for the majority of our regional flying out of ATL.

My question is this...

I'll have 10 segments to qualify for elite status by the end of November.(10 segments in 90 days qualifies me) BUT do I have to have 25 segments by Feb 1 to keep my elite status or is it a 365 day rolling cycle once you qualify?

I have read all of the information on the website and it doesn't specifically address this sceanario.

Thanks!

Sure it does.

When you earn 10 or more A+ credits flying AirTran Airways within any 90-day period or earn 25 or more A+ credits flying AirTran Airways within any 365-day period, you qualify for A+ Rewards Elite Membership.

Also, you should check if your company has enrolled in A2B, which gives almost identical benefits as Elite to all of the company's travellers.

There are tiny differences for better or worse in the two programs.
