El Al Matmid - Concierge Service - anyone used it

Hi

Wondering if it is worth registering for the concierge services offered to PL and TPL - has anyone registered and used it, found it useful? Do they charge a fee for the services they provide or a commission?

Registering is Free, so it worth it...
Doing with it something, Many credit cards company give the same service
(and using also the same center) - Never used it, I believe they charge you
somehow (high prices) for the services they provide.

Well I have an aversion from registering for something just because it's free and providing my personal details without any reason. Of course if there is a benefit then it would be something else and so I was looking for some specific experiences.

I have concierge services with my credit card but frankly I have never used them so maybe I should just forget it.

If it is the same service center then I would suggest just finding out whether anyone thinks the concierge service offered by that center is worthwhile. I'm surprised that the same center would be used as I'd have thought that the concierges would have an even higher level of knowledge about the offering company's product than normal.
