I'm trying to book in Vancouver (downtown and burnaby) on Tuesday and the availability only shows a utility van. First time this has happened.

I just figured out why. My membership has been reset to standard Emerald Club. Doesn't make sense with 70+ rentals last year and 38+ so far this year.

Membership services are closed today.. I'll get an answer on Monday.

Follow up to this.. returned a rental today. Receipt says I have earned Executive Elite. Status is back in my profile.. good until Feb 2011.

I have used this in the past. The rez agent first said sorry we are sold out. When I asked for the guarantee she put me on hold and came back with a full size. ^

But in your case Im not sure they couldnt just give you the van! :)
