What a horrible experience. If I were Fairmont, I'd be hunting for whoever designed that site and asking for my money back.
Basics: tried to book a room last night via my iPhone, got routed to the mobile site. Site would not let me book a room for the current day, kept proclaiming that the date was in the past (?!). So I tried the "full HTML site" option at the bottom...
Which re-routed me back to the mobile site. :confused:
Usability and testing fail, guys.
I've been looking for contact information for Fairmont to let them know what a pile of crap they paid for, but no luck so far. Anyone care to point me in the right direction?
ETA: sent an email to their webmanager@fairmont.com email address. Hopefully someone can make use of the feedback.
