Rental Location: LIT
Rental Durations: All vehicles Mon-Thur
2009 Chrysler 300M Touring
Miles: 16K
Rental Class: Specialty
Options and ride report: You standard power window, doors, remote less key entry, leather seats (power seats driver side only), XM radio, dual climate control, cruise control, AUX in on radio for MP3 player
Average describes the ride quality of the vehicle, with loose handling on more curvy roads. The seats were very uncomfortable, and the size of the vehicle is smaller than other vehicles in full size class. Car does look fairly stylish in my opinion, but I would not rent this as a specialty rate, or even a full size rate for that matter.
About 25 MPG with majority of driving on highway
2009 Toyota Avalon Limited
Miles: 17K
Rental Class: Premium
Options and ride report: Loaded with options including sunroof, heated and vented leather seats, keyless ignition and even electric shades for back window.
Avalon was very comfortable car with generous interior and truck space. Ride is smooth with adequate acceleration and handling, and very quiet interior. About 28 MPG with majority of diving on highway. Considering the size of the vehicle, 28 MPG is excellent fuel economy.
2009 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer
Miles: 9K
Rental Class: Full size SUV
Options and ride report: Well equipped with leather seats, XM radio, power everything, dual front and real climate controls, and power folding third row seats.
I was surprised how smooth the ride was, and also the very quiet interior. Overall it was a very comfortable ride with pretty of space, only down side is MPG. 18 MPG with majority of driving on the highway.
