Other European Frequent Flyer Programs - Flybe Call Center

Has anyone ever managed to talk to a live person. I tried yesterday waiting for 30 minutes and then had to go to a meeting. Now it's 27 minutes already and still nothing!! Absolutely outrageous!! with 10p a minute - nice way to boost revenues.

They're crap. I called them 2 1/2 hours before a flight, to change that flight. Didn't get through in time and had to buy a new ticket.
Also. look on their website for the 'international' number (It's an Exeter code)
It's 9pence a minute cheaper ;-)

This has to be the worst thing about flybe, I have actually managed to get thrugh to them at MAN direct and make changes on the phone before now
