what a good laugh.

you barely earn points, the price for a bonus ticket is like ElAl flights, and ElAl points earned, and transfered to this promotion worth HALF of their value (Transfer 2 ElAl points, and get 1 SunDor point)...

who can get a bonus flight using this promotion when you earn 25 points for flying to west Europe, and you need 900 points for a bonus flight to west europe!

Can't understand this promotion. it's useless.

Let's see who they are aiming at.

You fly once a year in Sun D'Or to west europe (get 50 pts in total).

This is 25 points in the account per person flying (you can have up to 5 of them), so that's 125 points for a family of 5 flying Sun Dor. They need more than 7 family flights to get one free ticket. In other words, if the points have validity like LY's, this is indeed a bad idea. If points have validity for life, this is a good place to throw your "points are about to die" of the family.

You guys forget something, Flying Sundor is not Flying EL-AL,
EL-AL is trying to convince people than rather flying to same destinations
with different low-cost company, the should do it with Sundor...

1. So if i go to France next week, with 5 Family members, and got a 400$
ticket for each in SunDor, You will never get this in EL-AL...
Dont forget that some families goes more than once a year outside of
israel...

2. As you mentioned, Dead points on Matmid can go there...

3. EL-AL will issue soon a Credit Card, Probably you will have options to do itvto Matmid or Family2u.

4. Until today you were flying Sundor, you didnt got anything, Now you get
something... (they used to give sometimes like 10 points)

5. They will probably do some special promotions for Ticket with Money + Points and etc, can be useful aswell...

Flying SunDor to GVA during ski-season pays 25 points :)

As a rule, SunDor flights earn you the same amount of points as flying T class.
