Las Vegas - Another ridiculous thread: How do you kill time in Vegas when not "gaming"?

Pool? Shows? Pahrump? Or, something else?

I'm not much of a gambler, so that's most of my time. Restaurants, shopping, gym, pool, and a show or two.

Walk around and see what is where in the nooks and crannies.
Go to Showcase theaters and catch a movie.
Shopping at the outlets. Window shop every where else ;).
When all else is done, go to room and post on FT .

Go to the Gun Store on Tropicana and McLeod and fire some machine guns...

I’ve always thought it would be fun to rent a Corvette for a day (http://www.exoticcarrentalslasvegas.com/car-rental-rates.html) and tear up the desert.

Go to the Gun Store on Tropicana and McLeod and fire some machine guns...

That would be a blast, too. One time I went to the Great Western Gun Show at the Convention Center.

First, I go to Freemont Street and get a deep fried twinkie and a football sized beer.

Then, I go to the Green Door for some swinger action!

Yeah baby.

(um, actually, I just gamble the whole time I am there)

Search the room for adult oriented magazines. :p See relevant OMNI thread.
Try to count other peoples' BJ cards and work out if it's a good time to start gambling.
Move in on slots that others have finished playing, to see if you can get anyone to react!

Walk on the strip and there will be guys following you slapping cards on their hands. The slaps are very loud to attract your attention. Very entertaining to say the least.

I'm a fan of free entertainment. I never mind hanging out in front of Bellagio and just catching several fountain shows.

Drinking is good too. You just gotta find places that will let you drink for free after gambling, or know you well enough that they'll just let you drink for free, period. That's the key.

Also, 12 replies and no one has mentioned Vegas strip clubs? ;) (or was that "a few other things...")

1) Gun Store on Tropicana

2) Sapphire Club

3) Get very drunk.

Your order of preference may vary....That may or may not be my preference when I get there next week.

Very nice ^. HK's are the finest firearms in the world. AKs are overrated due to sensationalism by the media but fun nonetheless. Benelli's are definitely a hoot especially reeling off rapid fire shots. My shoulder ached for a week.

Rachel, NV and sit with the alien hunters. What a blast! Then you can head back down to Vegas or Pahrump and try to find Art Bell or George Knapp and tell them about the UFO's on C2CAM. I love that show!

Also, a short drive is Oatman, AZ. The Donkeys walk the streets there.
