Korean Air Skypass - Lounges at ICN?

I shall soon be travelling to MEL via ICN on KE, Prestige. The KE website states:
Location : - First/Prestige Class Lounge: East side of 4th floor
- Concourse Lounge: on 4th floor of Concourse A

I do not know what the Concourse lounge is. Is it for first and business class? If yes, which lounge is better?

Concourse lounge is for foreign carriers that are serviced by Korean Air at ICN. Since you cannot access Concourse A with Korean Air boarding pass, there is no reason to compare this one to the lounge in Main Terminal.
