Asiana Club - Is there any Left Luggage Airside at ICN

I am flying ICN-UUS-ICN and have been told I can't take my blackberry into Russia, due to its encryption ability.

Is there any Left Luggage points airside at ICN that I can leave a bag for a week?

I am connecting each way in ICN so want something airside.

I don't think there is any place airside to store bags but of course locations outside of security.

What do people with carry-ons (roll-aboards) do with their bags when they go on the Seoul transit tours?

They either take them with them or deposit them at the luggage counter or the lockers landside.
