Gaming Loyalty Programs - Promotions for top tier card trades?

I'm a Harrah's diamond card holder. I live near and play in Atlantic City, NJ. I'm headed to Las Vegas next week. Are there any promotions for trading a diamond card for another? Free money is always good.

Harrah's Diamond to Club Grazie Gold.

When they started the program a few years ago (pre-Club Grazie) there was additional free play involved, not certain that is the case anymore. (IIRC, all new Club Grazie members get $15 free play; and a promo points offer to get a free suite)

Yes, this is still the promo for new members. Just saw a flyer yesterday indicating same.
