Asia - Cooking classes in Saigon/HCMC?

Hi all,

I'm a big foodie, travelling to HCMC in November. Does anybody know of good cooking classes in Saigon / HCMC?

I've done the classes in BKK (recommended by FT'ers), and really enjoyed that too...

I just booked a reservation at the Park Hyatt - Saigon. I noticed on the hotel web-site under "Activities" they have a half-day cooking school for $140. I'm sure you can probably find something cheaper in a non 5-star hotel...but just FYI...

I don't know anyone who has taken a class in Saigon, so no recommendations. If you find yourself popping over to Hoi An, there's a famous cooking school.
