This (http://www.japanprobe.com/?p=12055) has to be the most awesome thing to come out of HND so far:
All Nippon Airways Co. began a weeklong service Sunday to carry passengers by rickshaw in a retro atmosphere to departure gates after they go through boarding procedures at Tokyo’s Haneda airport.
The man-powered, 1.3-meter wide vehicle will run slowly down about 400 meters of a passage at the airport’s No. 2 terminal to carry passengers chosen by lot.

So ANA cuts back on in-flight services, but gives a few lucky passengers rickshaw rides instead?

The Chinese government doesn't want its citizens to see how much better Japanese rickshaws are?
I take that back - Chinese rickshaws (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y4LIThTB8Ww)are much more advanced.

It'd only be filtering if it was a youtube video, which since March has been blocked "for my protection." So if it is, than that's my answer, but otherwise I don't know.
