National - Rental credits taking longer to post?

Anyone else's rental credits taking longer to post? They used to appear in my account just a day after returning the car, but I'm approaching 2 weeks now with no sign of them.

I'm thinking of giving them a call..

I thought it was just me. I know I should have earned another free day by now, but it hasn't posted yet. Unfortunately, the list of rental credits by agreement number is kinda of useless, since you can't sort it by date.

I haven't cross-referenced my previous e-mailed receipts with the credits list, but I may have to do that soon. Times like this is when I need an established virtual assistant!

Sent an email about this last week.. response:

"Thank you for your email.

We are aware that there is an issue with rental agreements not getting credited to customers accounts and we are currently working on the issue. The problem should be fixed by the end of next week. I have documented you email and you reference number for this is: XXXXXXX.

We apologize for any inconvenience. If you have any questions, please let us know."

I did a return today and the credit posted right away.

Also did a return today and my credit posted as expected. Just earned another free day.

OK, thanks for posting that e-mail.

Although I often feel like Milton from Office Space when dealing with National ("If you could just drive that Kia over there that would be greeeeaaaat, mmkay?") I haven't had any issues. Returned a car to a franchisee yesterday and the rental credit and free day I just earned were both in my account when I got home.
